Aterriza “Redefine”, el 2º single -y vídeo clip- en ser extraído de “Fixion”, ya sabes, el nuevo álbum de Trentemøller que será lanzado este próximo 16 de septiembre por su propio sello In My Room.

Esta vez, la vocalista que se suma a la fiesta es Marie Fisker. Una habitual en prestar su voz a la música del danés. De hecho aparece hasta en tres ocasiones en “Fixion”. Recuerda que las otras invitadas de honor en el disco son  Jehnny Beth de Savages y Lisbet Fritze.

Y el vídeo. Como no recae en Åsa Riton y Andreas Emenius. En él se narra un encuentro fortuito en un supermercado entre depredadora y presa, dicho choque termina en tensión sexual. Un puro juego lleno de ambigüedad donde no faltarán ni bolas de chicle, ni rotuladores traviesos ni un buen revolcón donde las cajas de detergente.

El lanzamiento del single “Redefine” incluye además un fantástico remix de TOM And His Computer.

Nota de Prensa: “Redefine” (Inglés)

‘Redefine’ is the second single taken from Trentemøller‘s new album ‘Fixion’ and features Marie Fisker on vocals.

Marie Fisker, a mainstay of the Trentemøller live constellation, has also been a long-time studio collaborator of Anders and her four songs on ‘Fixion’ mark their third musical partnership.

“Marie has such a powerful and unique voice that fits my music quite naturally. I had her in mind as soon as I started writing. She ended up singing on four of the songs so she’s definitely the voice that kind of leads you through the album. Having toured so extensively with Marie, we’ve come to understand each other’s capacities and that really pushes us to challenge and inspire each other. I reckon that’s the driving force behind our songwriting.”

Fellow-Dane Thomas Bertelsen aka TOM And His Computer contributes a brilliant remix that underlines the song‘s dark tones and moves it into the fields of Electronica.

Como es de esperar el nuevo LP irá respaldado por una serie de conciertos de presentación a partir de Septiembre (fechas al final de la nota) y una gira más completa a comienzos del 2017.
