FIXION TOUR

Ultimately, with that killer bass line and stunning video concept, we can’t decide if the video or the track is more alluring. (Sidewalk Hustle)
The song is great, and I cannot help but imagine a scenario in which a song like this would set a nightclub off into a frenzy, because it sure ain’t vapid enough to do it anywhere on my continent. (Ion Magazine)
“River In Me” itself makes great use of Jehnny Beth’s intense, piercing (in a good way) vocals over top a mid-tempo, icy electronic backdrop. (Mxdwn)

Fernando Fuentes (Mondosonoro / DJ MAG)
“On “Fixion” Anders keep on digging in his particular pop vs electronic music language. His universe is almost a prayer for a twilight soundtrack…we can feel pain, oddity, and even our flesh can feel some vibrations that lead us to dance”.
Sergio del Amo (El Mundo / Jenesaispop / Neo2 / Mondosonoro)
“Obscure, more minimalistic than ever before and accompanied with exceptional female vocalists. This is “Fixion”. Trentemøller is creating a very own personal world at the same time dreamlike and beautifully melancholy!”
Alvaro Montoliu (BEATBURGUER / Rockdelux / Numero Cero)
“Anders Trentemøller said he wanted that the playing live experience helps him for shaping the new LP, on songs like “Redefine” that result is prodigious. So organic, so natural. Even with that he demonstrated once again is a real freak for the analogue equipment’s”
Luis Lles (Diario de Aragón / Periferias / Primera Linea)
“Frozen emotions, seductive voices, more mysterious and disturbing than ever”
Javier Garcia (THUMP / VICE – MEX)
“I loved this time the subtle mix of textures and emotions. From cover to cover. It is a very relaxing album, but because becomes human, you can perceive every single feelings here. From Anders and the vocalists… I felt Anders more cinematic than ever before. Should be a great soundtrack with due moments for the action “River in Me” / “Circuits”, tension “Spinning” or even perfect track for the opening credits in a movie: “Where the Shadows Fall”. Definitely Trentemøller tells us a story, and what a history !!
Vanity Dust

Emilio Morales (Musikorner / MAP Hispano)
“… maybe the most accessible Trentemøller till the date, for this reason I’m loving this fifth studio album… Anders has developed the legacy of Joy Division, The Cure and Cocteau Twins, giving it an unthinkable electronic intensity (always with his own personality) 35 years ago. He does without sounding trite or out-dated”
Laura Martín (TENMAG)
“A LP loaded of mighty electronica and enticing pop. “Fixion” is like a nuclear fission. It becomes different albums according to the kind of stimulus you receive (In this case, the stimulus is your own mood)”
Mauricio Atencia ( Thump / Vice, Escena Indie, MedellinStyle, DJ MAG LA)
“In his own way: sentimental and demential. The album takes all the best of fine electronic elements to later give raise a very interesting mishmash of rock, ambient, experimental, pop and rockabilly. A nostalgic revival of something that you’ve never lived before in your life”
Half Nelson (Blisstopic / OCI-MAG)
“… less pure electronic sounds and more pop structured songs on this “Fixion”, even more than in the previous “Lost”. He is very wise reducing drastically the featuring’s to the vocalists finally included excellent voices and feelings. A great album for dark wave adepts: post-punk ballads full of melancholic synths, sinister ambience and very New Order bass-lines. A very consistent new work”
Ruth Nuñez (Mots Radio)
“My gosh, this is so good. At times reminds me to Cocteau Twins, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Alien Sex Fiend, The Soft Moon… charming and sinister”
