Dance floor assassins Cyberpunkers have been driving the European electro scene for their whole career. Cut from the same cloth as global favorites such as Justice, Skrillex, and the Prodigy these masked bass killers are terror behind the decks. Their prowess in the studio did more than just gather a following; Cyberpunkers started a movement. Back with their first release of 2015, the two Italians show no sign of slowing down.
Kings of electropunk, the duo’s latest track channels Rasta vibes in a rage reggae bomb fittingly titled “Dreadbots”. Boasting big bass, dance beats, and toked out vocals this electronic hit is perfect for blunts in the pit. Delivered through global electro trendsetter Tasty Records, this release is one that can serve many purposes. Out on February 26th “Dreadbots” works just as well for a smoke session as on the dance floor.

Cyberpunkers, unos auténticos maleantes y revolucionarios de cualquier pista de baile necesitada de espasmos eléctricos y baile, mucho baile. El dúo italiano está cortado por el mismo patrón que artistas como Justice, Skrillex o The Prodigy. Detrás de esas máscaras se esconde mucho miedito y cachondeo. Con el tiempo están demostrando que la destreza en el estudio no hace más que crecer. Arranca el 2015 y los chicos han decidido mover ficha de nuevo, lo hacen presentando un incontestable nuevo tema, “Dreadbots”, con su no menos efectivo vídeo-clip. Un nuevo paso adelante en la carrera musical de los de Milán.
“Dreadbots” nos descubre a unos monarcas del electropunk atreviéndose ahora con un híbrido entre electro-dance y Ragga / Reggae. Pura pista gracias a unas enormes líneas de bajos y un featuring vocal bastante pegadizo. Le han sacado punta a la idea. El lanzamiento nos llega esta vez de la mano Tasty Records.
Este nuevo single no es más que una avanzadilla de lo que Cyberpunkers nos tienen preparado cara al verano. Además de nuevos temas, no tiene precio desconectar y volverse loco sudando en cualquiera de sus sets. Quedáis avisados, los dos enmascarados vienen pisando fuerte. Más fuerte que nunca.
