Deeplomat & Dublatov merge a very original sound in their newest single, ‘Ambidextro’
This analog-sounds junkies pair dive decisively into a groove-laden built with finesse. Ambidextro is also a romantic exercise where a classic beat is brought to modernity. If you grew up in the 80s-90s and listened to Eric B & Rakim or Coldcut, you’ll love this one.
But the conduit and channeling is definitively modern. Ambidextro amalgamates clipped breakbeat with lithe IDM, tingled House music, friendly grooves and sawtooth electro. Este dúo de fanáticos de los sonidos analógicos se adentra con ingenio en los terrenos ‘groovy’ sofisticados y poco explorados. “Ambidextro”, que así se llama el nuevo avance, es también un ejercicio romántico donde la rítmica clásica se reinventa con modernidad. Si creciste en décadas como los 80 o los 90, para más inri escuchando a Eric B & Rakim o Coldcut, este tema te encantará.
“Ambidextro” se compone de una amalgama breaks entrecortados con IDM, pinceladas de música House, grooves abiertos y electro de ondas dentadas. Before closing out the year, the Valencia-based duo Deeplomat & Dublatov aims to treat us to a final touch: the first preview of their upcoming LP, set to release in March 2025.
Masca is the title of the first track. Undoubtedly, it’s a piece designed to short-circuit—in the best possible way—the minds of fans of danceable electronic music crafted with expressive analog chains and elements. Alternatively, it might be a treat for fans of projects like A Split Second, DMX Krew, or John Tejada.

Antes de finiquitar el año, la dupla residente en Valencia, Deeplomat & Dublatov, se ha propuesto regalarnos una guinda final. El primer avance del próximo álbum, a publicarse en marzo de 2025.
“Masca”, así se titula el primer tema. Se trata sin duda alguna de un trabajo que cortocircuitará -en el buen sentido- la mente de los apasionados de la música electrónica bailable construida con cadenas y elementos analógicos muy expresivos. De otro modo, puede resultar una golosina para seguidores de proyectos como A Split Second, DMX Krew o John Tejada.
El resurgir de las máquinas en la pista de baile es constante. Y estos dos disfrutan sabiéndolo. Porque las tienen, y son un puro divertimento trasteando con ellas.
